What we don't do
We don't sell loose hours or custom quotes. New wishes either become a building block every client gets, or an honest no. That is why we can offer a fixed price and a guarantee: we only deliver what we can make good on.
The small print
- All prices are per month and exclude VAT; next to every amount we also name the VAT-inclusive figure. Your first payment equals the monthly amount including VAT (The Front Desk: €337.59) and you receive an invoice from month one.
- Three months minimum, then monthly cancellable. If you claim the guarantee, that minimum lapses automatically.
- The guarantee applies within 30 days of your site going live, with the first invoice paid; the refund covers the monthly fee, not third-party costs such as domain registration.
- Fair use: up to 1,000 assistant conversations per month. An average trade business stays well below that. If you structurally exceed it, nothing gets cut off: we contact you about a better-fitting plan.
- Outages are monitored around the clock and picked up with priority; questions and requests get a response within one working day.

How fast is my site live?
The demo is usually ready within two working days. If you go ahead, you approve your details, services and prices as the demo shows them in one round, and point your domain our way. Your site is live within days.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and your copy, photos and data are always exportable. You can leave; we wind everything down neatly.
What do I have to do myself?
Almost nothing. You approve once what only you can know: your details, your services and prices, your most common client questions. The rest is prepared for you. After that we build, maintain and improve; you get a monthly report with the facts.
Does this work for my kind of business?

What happens to questions the assistant can't answer?
